UE employ fully qualified horticulturists, is a plant driven business and all employees are passionate gardeners. The principal (Charlie Evans) and staff have been involved directly within the industry or related allied trades for a combined 29 years.
Charlie Evans is a fully qualified Horticulturalist (Melb. Uni. Burnley campus) with many years of industry experience. Most recently Charlie has begun teaching VET Horticulture at Box Hill Senior Secondary College.
UE Aus. staff are encouraged and supported to undertake formal horticultural study through the University of Melbourne Burnley Horticulture campus, TAFE colleges or through accredited apprentice programs. UE Director is qualified in Horticulture, Landscape design, CAD design, logistics and Training and assessment and is currently supporting three apprentices.
